Days of a formal sitting room to collect dust are over! Give your front rooms purpose and life! Our clients trusted our vision to knock down the wall separating their sitting room and living room to create one large space. The result is a complete transformation!

Our goal for this project was to give the sitting room purpose, add light to the family room, give the family room space needed to entertain as well as enjoy family life, personality and modernize the space.

The family room was a very narrow space with an outdated look. By knocking down the wall, we added the space needed to make the room functional. Second, we knew we had to update the fireplace. We did so with a linear black tile and thin mantle.

The sitting room became the vinyl room! Our clients love to relax and listen to music. We wanted to give personality to the space with wallpaper. What could be more enjoyable that listening to your favorite record with a cocktail close by? Our bar ties in both the living room and vinyl room bringing in the linear lines of the fireplace tile with the glam metallic lines of the vinyl room wallpaper.

We wanted to find furniture that were fitting for relaxing with friends in the vinyl room or swiveled to face the living room for a family movie night. Plush velvet couches brought personality and texture to the space.

This space has come a long way since our clients purchased the home and started a full home renovation with us! It is truly a joy to add the finishing styling touches to their home!
